This is CQI / IRCA approved course on QMS – ISO 9001:2026 Lead Auditor Training (IRCA Course No.2911). This course is designed in accordance with
current applicable versions of ISO 19011 and ISO/ IEC 17021-1. The course includes Quality Management System coupled with a practical approach to plan, effectively conduct and report first party, second party and third party audits of QMS which helps organizations to improve their overall performance and enable organizations to achieve their quality objectives and consistently improve customer satisfaction. The course focuses on imparting knowledge and developing skills in conducting audits of QMS effectively and independently as team leader.

All the delegates / participants are expected to have basic knowledge of the principles and concepts of Quality Management Systems including awareness
on the need for Product / Service Quality, Customer requirements, Customer Satisfaction, responsibilities, management commitments, terms, definitions and requirements of ISO 9001:2026. Additionally, the knowledge and understanding of the PDCA cycle will support a successful completion of the course.

Certificate of successful completion shall be issued to all the delegates/participants who attend entire duration of the course, in all the sessions and qualify in examination.
