Qualification
Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Science or Business Management.
Experience
More than 5years of experience in business development/sales in material testing services or a related industry.
Experience in the Electrical & Electronics and Automotive industries would be preferred
Job Responsibility
Business Growth & Sales Development Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the Region for RoHS, REACH-SVHC, VOC, SOC, Asbestos and Phthalates Testing etc. Identify new business opportunities in Material Testing services across Electrical & Electronics and Automotive sectors. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, OEMs, suppliers, Quality, compliance, NPD and R&D teams. Meet and exceed sales targets by acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing clients.
Market Research & Strategy Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities. Identify and develop new testing solutions based on industry requirements. Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns, webinars, and technical seminars.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management Act as a key point of contact for client queries, requirements, and service improvements. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely and accurate testing services. Provide consultative solutions and technical support to clients regarding material testing requirements.
Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with laboratory teams, R&D, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met. Support tendering, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and customer interactions. Provide regular updates on market conditions and competitor activities. Present periodic sales and business development reports to senior management.
