Job Responsibility

  • Business Development through Business lead generation for the Infrastructure Sector. This includes commercial activities such as Market Surveys, support to network, TUV India.
  • Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
  • Business Development in Infrastructure and Projects such as Railways, Airports, Sea Ports, Roads, Industrial projects, Residential and Commercial projects, Power Plants, etc.
  • Identification, preparation and submission of pre-qualification, expression of interest, offers & tenders. This includes offer and contract review.
  • Manage and growth with key accounts as may be defined by the Business Head
  • Recognize prospective clients in the region and create a database.
  • Early identification and follow-up of major projects, opportunities & tenders.
  • Identification, preparation and submission of pre-qualification, expression of interest, offers & tenders.
  • Visiting prospective clients to present TUV India services and to identify the client's needs as an opportunity for TUV India to follow up with actions and keeping the respective division heads in the communication loop.
  • Efficient in using marketing tools such as presentation material, company profile, service sheets, reference list, completion/appreciation letters, etc.
  • Keeping in touch with the various publicity activities in the region such as exhibitions, seminars, conferences etc. and exploring the possibility of showcasing the organization and services.
  • Interacting with the Regional managers of other regions for mutual exchange of expertise, work, common clients and other references.
