Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical / Chemical Engineering

Experience

  • 5 -8 years of experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Fertilizer industries preferred.
  • Knowledge of corrosion, metallurgy, and damage mechanisms.
  • Hands-on experience with RBI software tools.

Additional Qualification

  • API 580 (RBI) Certification
  • API 510 / 570 / 653/571
  • NDT/Welding Certification

Job Responsibility

  • Perform Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) studies as per API 580 / API 581.
  • Perform data collection for RBI implementation and ensure data quality and completeness for RBI analysis.
  • Develop corrosion loop and determine damage mechanisms.
  • Perform quality review of corrosion/RBI data, ensuring proper credit is given to historical inspection data.
  • Conduct risk analysis of RBI components and work with RBI software such as PCMS, Meridium, Capstone, and Antea.
  • Support RLA and FFS assessments.
  • Provide field Inspection & data collection support.
  • Interface with inspection, operations, and maintenance teams.
  • Evaluate corrosion loops, circuits, and integrity operating windows (IOW).
  • Prepare RBI reports, risk matrices, and inspection plans.
