TUV India (TÜV NORD Group) Celebrates 36 Years of Excellence

TUV India (TÜV NORD Group) proudly celebrated its 36th Foundation Day on 8th August 2025 in a vibrant hybrid format, bringing together employees from across the country. The event was a testament to the spirit, enthusiasm, and unwavering commitment of our team towards the continued growth and success of the organization.

The celebrations commenced with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony and prayers, setting a tone of respect and unity. This was followed by an inspiring address from our Managing Director, Mr. Manish Bhuptani, who reflected on the organization’s remarkable journey.

“Today is not just a celebration of our past,” he said, “but a reaffirmation of our journey, our values, and our vision for the future. Over the last decade, TUV India has undergone a phenomenal transformation — marked by exponential growth, a robust organizational structure, diversification across business segments, and a strong push towards innovation and digitization. Our growing workforce is a reflection of this progress.”

Mr. Bhuptani expressed heartfelt gratitude to all employees for their exceptional contributions in building an organization that stands as a symbol of Trust and Quality for all stakeholders.

As part of the celebrations, we proudly recognized the dedication of our long-serving employees with Service Awards in the 10, 15, and 20-year categories — a gesture of appreciation for their loyalty and commitment.

The event was further enlivened by breath-taking performances from our colleagues across India — including drama, comedy, traditional dance, and music — beautifully showcasing the richness of Indian culture and the spirit of unity in diversity. These performances were truly the highlight and the “cherry on the cake” of the celebration.

The 36th Foundation Day concluded with renewed energy, strengthened bonds, and a deepened sense of purpose among all participants.
