Deputy General Manager – Inspection Services, Chhattisgarh & Jharkhand Region 

• The candidate should have Bachelor of Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) degree from a well-known university.
• The candidates with MBA degree would be preferred. 

8-10 Years of experience in Testing, Inspection and Certification industry. 

• Achieve the assigned revenue and profitability targets.
• Generate new business by acquiring new customers and developing new accounts.
• Maintain strong customer retention and achieve high rate of contract renewal.
• Increase revenue by cross-selling/up-selling existing customers.
• Build a healthy sales pipeline and improve the lead conversion ratio.
• Achieve good numbers and quality of tenders / proposals
• Develop good relationship with customer and enhance customer satisfaction levels.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecast.
• Ensure timely and quality submission of proposals.
• Grow strategic accounts in the Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand region.
