The candidate should have hands-on experience in site coordination with Reliance/client, consultants, contractors, Planning, QA/QC and Construction teams and should be able to resolve RFIs, drawing discrepancies, site constraints and handover documentation requirements. |

The candidate should have sound knowledge of planning and scheduling using Primavera P6 / MS Project, including baseline schedule preparation, WBS, resource loading, progress measurement, S-curves, MIS reporting, DPR/WPR, delay analysis, recovery planning and milestone monitoring. The candidate should have hands-on experience in coordination with Reliance/client, contractors and site execution teams and should be able to track constraints, manpower/productivity, material readiness, critical path activities and project progress for management reporting. |

The candidate should have sound knowledge of HT/LT cable laying, cable tray installation, glanding and termination, panels/switchgear coordination, transformers, earthing and lightning protection, lighting works, testing and commissioning support, energization readiness and troubleshooting. The candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution coordination with Reliance/client, contractors, QA/QC, Safety, Planning and Construction teams and should be able to ensure compliance and timely closure of punch points. |

The candidate should have hands-on experience in site coordination with Reliance/client, contractors, QA/QC, Safety, Planning, Civil, Structural and Mechanical teams and should be able to monitor progress, resolve site issues and maintain execution records. |

The candidate should have hands-on experience in coordinating inspections with Reliance/client, consultants, contractors and site teams and should be able to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality procedures and project handover requirements. |
