Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business Administration with specialization in Marketing, or related field.
  • Candidates with MBA in Marketing will be preferred.

Experience

5 to 7 years 

Job Responsibility

1. Marketing & Lead Generation
­ Support business development activities by identifying potential customers and market opportunities. 
­ Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote food testing and packaging testing services.
­ Generate qualified leads through digital marketing, industry events, referrals and direct outreach.

2. Customer Engagement 
­ Coordinate with prospective and existing clients regarding service offerings and promotional programs. 
­ Assist in preparing service proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. 
­ Respond to customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate sales or technical teams.
­ Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

3. Market Research & Analysis
­ Conduct market research on food safety regulations, packaging compliance requirements and industry trends. 
­ Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies and service offerings. 
­ Identify emerging market opportunities and customer needs.
­ Prepare market intelligence reports for management.

4. Payment Collection
­ Timely follow ups with customers and collect payments within agreed payment terms.

5. Internal Coordination
­ Work closely with laboratory, operations, quality and sales teams to understand service capabilities. 
­ Support management in achieving revenue and customer acquisition targets
