Inspection Engineer - Mechanical
Location

Reporting To
Profit Centre Head – Inspection Services
Experience
5 to 10 years of relevant(QC) experience with manufacturers/TPI.
Qualification
- Graduate– Mechanical/Production/ Metallurgy
- Diploma holders with higher experience may be considered.
- NDE Level II in RT, UT, PT, MT, VT(mandatory), ECT(optional)
- Experience and certification in advanced NDE methods like PAUT/TOFD will be given due advantage.
- Additional qualifications like AWS CWI, CSWIP 3.1, NACE Level II, BGAS or equivalent , IWE/IWT, API 653 etc. will be given due advantage.
Job Profile
Inspection of Raw materials, piping components, Line pipes, Valves, rotating equipment (Pumps, Blowers, Compressors), Fabricated equipment like Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Heaters, Structural Fabrication, FRP tanks, precision machined components, rubber/PTFE/glass lined equipment, Site inspection.
Attributes
The candidate shoud have good technical, communication and report writing skills.
The candidate should be willing to travel within the nearby region and occasionally at site.
