Qualification

Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Science or Business Management.

Experience

  • More than 5years of experience in business development/sales in material testing services or a related industry.
  • Experience in the Electrical & Electronics and Automotive industries would be preferred

Job Responsibility

1. Business Growth & Sales Development

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the Region for RoHS, REACH-SVHC, VOC, SOC, Asbestos and Phthalates Testing etc.
  • Identify new business opportunities in Material Testing services across Electrical & Electronics and Automotive sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, OEMs, suppliers, Quality, compliance, NPD and R&D teams.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by acquiring new customers and expanding business with existing clients.


    2. Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Identify and develop new testing solutions based on industry requirements.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns, webinars, and technical seminars.


    3. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Act as a key point of contact for client queries, requirements, and service improvements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely and accurate testing services.
  • Provide consultative solutions and technical support to clients regarding material testing requirements.


    4. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with laboratory teams, R&D, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Support tendering, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations.


    5. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and customer interactions.
  • Provide regular updates on market conditions and competitor activities.
  • Present periodic sales and business development reports to senior management.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship management and networking abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Region.
