An important milestone for the global quality landscape has been reached with the publication of ISO 9001:2026 – Quality Management Systems – Requirements, the 6th edition of the world's most widely recognized quality management standard, released on 16 September 2026.
Building on the strong foundation of ISO 9001:2015, the new edition brings greater clarity, improved usability, and stronger alignment with today's evolving business environment.
