Qualification

B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering; Postgraduate Diploma in Construction Management; Certification in Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Experience

Minimum 10-15 years of experience and at least two successfully completed high-end residential building project as a Planning Engineer.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare the baseline project schedule using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
  • Plan and monitor construction activities for high-rise residential buildings using the Mivan shuttering system.
  • Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly project schedules to ensure proper planning and execution of project activities.
  • Monitor site progress and compare actual progress with the planned schedule to track project performance.
  • Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Weekly Progress Reports (WPR), and Monthly Progress Reports (MPR).
  • Prepare look-ahead schedules to support smooth project execution and ensure timely availability of resources.
  • Plan and monitor manpower, materials, and equipment requirements for project activities.
  • Ensure proper planning and monitoring of Mivan shuttering cycle activities for high-rise construction.
  • Identify project delays, analyze the causes, and prepare recovery plans to maintain project timelines.
  • Maintain proper planning documentation, reports, and schedule updates for project tracking.
  • Support the project team in achieving project milestones and ensure timely completion of the project.
  • Prepare and present monthly progress review presentations, along with supporting documents, during review meetings with the client.
  • Ensure submission of Delay Reports (DR) and Tracking Reports (TR) along with DPR, WPR, and MPR.
  • Perform delay analysis and compare progress with the master schedule provided by the client.
  • Attend client review meetings and provide necessary planning and progress updates as required.
  • Prepare work schedules, Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and progress tracking reports.

Attributes

  • Strong communication skills with experience in handling high-rise residential projects.
  • Experience in Mivan Shuttering for high-rise residential building projects.
  • Coordinate with engineering and design teams to ensure  timely submission of drawings.
  • Ensure the availability and control of GFC (Good for Construction) drawings for site execution.
  • Participate in design review meetings with clients, consultants, and architects to ensure alignment with project requirements.
