Qualification
Graduate in any discipline with up-to-date knowledge on social schemes and related regulations
Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 & SA8000 or FSSC 24000 (minimum requirement).
Qualifications for other social schemes like BSCI, SEDEX, etc. are desirable.
Experience
Minimum 7-8 years of experience of which minimum 4 years of experience in Social Schemes
Job Responsibility
Product Head for managing the Social Scheme portfolio covering schemes related to SA8000, amfori BSCI, SEDEX, etc., inclusive handling the operations for amfori BSCI & SEDEX portfolio for Bangladesh
Assigning duties and responsibilities to all Auditors and managing all day-to-day operations of planning, report reviews and ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure resource sufficiency for the various Social schemes. Coordinate with respective branches for effective operational management & support, including manpower and other resource requirements, as applicable.
Ensure audits are properly assigned and carried out as per plan.
Verify and help in correct planning and ensure smooth operations, including appropriate update of information in Excellence / SAP.
Take inputs from technical team & support for finalizing the audit protocols and other technical related issues, especially for second party audits.
Oversight for smooth centralized planning of all India 2nd and 3rd party audits in each branch.
Ensure relevant SOPs are prepared and available for all new 2P schemes. SOP to include both technical as well as operational aspects.
Monitor auditors and ensure the work execution as per timeline.
Ensure any complaint on operational issues are addressed within a defined time frame.
Identify and monitor qualification process new Auditors.
Interact closely with scheme owners / service providers (e.g SEDEX, BSCI, SAAS, etc) and update on regulations.
Support for technical reviews of the 2P schemes as well as facilitate the certificate issuance process for the Social-related management systems.
Liaise with the Certification Body team of TUV NORD at Germany regarding any proposed changes to the TUV India / TUV NORD Management System on its design and implementation. Co-ordinate with TN Cert, Germany for ensuring smooth & timely completion of the veto process for the schemes where TUV India is not a critical location.
Support for ATEA & Veto approval for the relevant schemes
Support to Manage key client accounts and facilitate their certification and audit requirements, including second party audits, where applicable.
Ensure appropriate training of all personnel in accordance with the TUV India / TUV NORD Management System requirements. Organize regular meeting/training (EoE/Product knowledge) along with the subject Expert.
Undertake internal compliance audits for the certification activities within Cluster India in accordance with the formal internal audit schedule.
Participate in audits and training for Social schemes.
Participate in the Accreditation/TN Cert audit as product expert
Generate Monthly MIS- covering the technical and operational performance aspect related to the scheme.
Technical support to all PCs within Cluster India for any technical aspects pertaining to scheme-specific requirements under the Social portfolio.
Support to TUV India / TUV NORD network and TUV NORD CB team on any technical matters. Ensure no loss in accreditations for any schemes. Ensure building up of newer accreditations based on strategy and need
Monitor, Track, Manage & Improve/Sustain on the Social scheme KPIs
