M.Sc. / Ph. D. in Food Science or B. Tech. / M. Tech. in Food Technology

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant industry experience

• Lead food product development projects from concept to commercialization.
• Coordinate with clients, technical teams and stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and documentation.
• Prepare shelf-life protocols as per need of the customers.

• The candidate should have strong knowledge of Food Product Development.
• The candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills.
• The candidate should have the ability to manage projects and coordinate with clients and teams.
• The candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• The candidate should have the ability to prepare good presentations.
