Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Chemistry / Marketing or related field.
  • MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience

3 to 6 years

Job Responsibility

  • Generate new business opportunities for food, water, environmental and related testing services.
  • Meet clients, understand testing requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Follow up with clients for payment collection and ensure timely realization of outstanding dues.
  • Maintain relationship with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
  • Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM records.
  • Conduct market survey and monitor competitor activities.
  • Participate in exhibitions, seminars and promotional activities.
