Experience

Minimum 20 years of Project /Construction Management experience with minimum successful completion of 2 projects in High Rise Residential/ Hospitals/ 5 Star Hotels/ construction of large IT & IES /Commercial /Institutional building, must have exposure to PERT and CPM techniques. 

Job Responsibility

  • Overall responsible to lead the entire projects and interaction with the Client. Shall have control over all the staff deployed for the project and primarily responsible for the acts and refraining to act by the staff of the contractor.
  • Monitors the performance of the contractor to ensure construction is carried out as per the agreed-upon contract and designs, conducts quality tests, and ensures compliance with legal, safety, environmental, social, and quality standards.
  • Leads the team in monitoring construction activities and checking compliance with designs and contracts.
  • Oversee regular tests conducted in the lab set up at the site and/or third-party labs, and directs verification of the contractor's work to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Ensures the team verifies compliance of the contractor's work with laws and regulations.
  • Reviews and provides comments on the Environmental and Social Management Plan submitted by the contractor, guiding the team to ensure its effective implementation at site, and certifies successful implementation of the same
  • Ensures the team enforces the contractor's adherence to the contract.
  • Leads monitoring of all project-related risk/OHS factors and directs the team to suggest and implement corrective measures from time to time.
  • Supervises day-to-day affairs of the contractor and directs the team in giving QA/QC instructions to ensure quality
  • Reports the day-to-day progress of the project to Client as required.
  • Prepares detailed reports on the contractor's performance and progress, consolidating inputs from the team, and reports the same to Client.
  • Ensures the team monitors and complies with all relevant result areas of multilateral agencies for each project, and provides monthly reports on the progress made.
  • Provides data and reports to the customer as and when required.

  • Excellent in team management and different stakeholder coordination including Government officials, contractors, consultants, effectively leading cross-functional teams and managing internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, collaboration, and successful project delivery.
  • Strong expertise in managing end-to-end construction activities, ensuring adherence to approved designs, specifications, schedules, and contractual requirements.
  • Strong skills in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, contractor performance reports, risk reports, and management dashboards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present project status, risks, issues, and recommendations to senior management and clients.
