Responsibilities

 

  • Review of RES projects’ studies in relation to the applicable International Standards.
  • Conducting technical inspections / supervision during construction of RES projects, focusing on the quality of the works.
  • Monitor and Report technical activities during the project’s evolution.

Qualifications

 

  • Graduate of Polytechnic University in Electrical Engineering
  • MSc in Energy will be considered an asset
  • Three to five years working experience, preferably in RES is required
  • Excellent command of English language (Proficiency Level)
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
  • Excellent organizational and business understanding skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to compile high quality technical reports
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications

Role Purpose

The Head of Technology, Digital Transformation & Innovation is a senior executive role responsible for defining and executing the Company’s technology, digital transformation, and innovation strategy, in alignment with Group directives and overall corporate objectives.

Responsibilities

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the company’s technology and digital strategy
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives and operational modernization programs
  • Identify emerging technologies and translate them into innovative services and commercially viable offerings
  • Lead, manage, and develop the IT organization \ Ensure the reliability, security, and integrity of systems, data, and digital trust
  • Collaborate closely with the Group, clients, and strategic partners

     

Key Deliverables & Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Successful execution of the digital transformation roadmap
  • Launch of new digital and/or technology-enabled services
  • Measurable improvements in operational efficiency and service quality
  • Contribution to revenue growth
  • Strong innovation portfolio aligned with market and customer needs
  • High adoption rate of digital tools across business units

 

Qualifications

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Master’s degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent) considered a strong asset

Experience

  • 10–15+ years of experience in technology leadership, digital transformation, or innovation roles
  • Proven experience in regulated or safety‑critical sectors (e.g. energy, infrastructure, industry, ICT, inspection/certification)
  • Experience with enterprise digital platforms, data systems, and emerging technologies
  • Demonstrated track record in leading complex, cross‑functional transformation initiatives

Technical & Strategic Competencies

Strong understanding of:

  • Digital transformation and IT architectures
  • Artificial Intelligence, data analytics, and automation
  • Cybersecurity principles and digital assurance
  • Ability to bridge technology strategy with tangible business value
  • Experience working in international, matrix‑structured organizations
