Price: 2,950 € for on-site participation without examination (discount of 500 € for online participation)

Examination fee: 350 € The participant will also be listed on the TÜV NORD Website as a TSI.PROFESSIONAL. The status is valid for 24 month and can be extended for another 24 month by attending the TSI.PROFESSIONAL Update Training .

Price includes the certificate of attendance approved by TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD).

Important Notice

Retake Option

We offer you the opportunity to retake a failed exam. You can register separately for this. The retake takes place two weeks after the original training date and is conducted as an online exam. You will receive an access link from us, which will be activated for two days. The cost for this is € 350. Our TSI.PROFESSIONAL Training (intro presentation) teaches you the basics of planning, building and operating data centers, taking into account aspects of physical security, availability and energy efficiency. As part of the training, you will gain an in-depth insight into our successful Trusted Site Infrastructure (TSI) methodology for the evaluation and certification of data centers of all types: Enterprise DCs, Colocation DCs and Cloud DCs.

General information

TSI is an established and proven method for evaluation and certifying mission critical infrastructures in data centers that has been in use since 2002. The basis for this is the TSI.STANDARD criteria catalog. It takes into account the relevant European and international standards - in particular the EN 50600. Since the latest revision (V4.5), the published parts of the ISO/IEC 22237 standard are also covered. Since then, the TSI.STANDARD has been continuously developed with the aim of always reflecting the state of the art and standardization. It also takes into account the findings from the daily practice of over 2.000 projects in the sense of "best practices".

In the course of our TSI.PROFESSIONAL Training, you will gain a deeper insight into the currently available TSI criteria catalogs and the associated requirements and processes. The structure, application and differences are explained. You will have the opportunity to ask your individual questions at any time.

The three-day TSI.PROFESSIONAL Training provides detailed information on the verification and certification of highly available data center infrastructures according to the Trusted Site Infrastructure (TSI) method.

Contents of the training

The TSI.PROFESSIONAL Training presents related requirements and processes in detail and gives participants an in-depth look at the current TÜV NORD criteria catalogs TSI.STANDARD and TSI.EN50600. The structure, application and differences are explained. Questions from participants will also be taken into account.

The training is designed to enable participants to

• understand the TSI methodology,
• correctly interpret the TSI testing and certification scheme,
• to apply the criteria catalogues in practice and
• Planning must be compliant with TSI.

Participants can complete the training with an optional exam and obtain TSI.PROFESSIONAL status.

Target group

The training program is aimed at data center planners, data center consultants, general contractors as well as architectural and TGA engineering firms that deal with the planning and construction of highly available data centers. The training can also be used by operators and users of critical data center infrastructures or employees in compliance departments as a further training measure or to understand planning proposals from third parties. 

Previous knowledge of the TSI testing and certification program, either through self-study or through accompanying certification projects, is recommended but is not a mandatory requirement.
