  • Preparation / Competitive Dialogue Concept Map.
  • Selection of candidates.

Point 3: Managerial Issues

  • Preparing for dialogue.

      [communication channels / kick-off meeting]

  • Conducting dialogue.

      [principles of equal treatment & transparency]

      [the management of “classified” information]

  • Closing dialogue.
  • Tender evaluation / selection of winning bidder.

      [clarified, specified and optimised/instead of fine-tuned]

  • Actions after selection of winning bidder.
