Certification of service quality of car dealers
The certification verifies the quality of the business and technical processes of individual car dealerships or used car dealers. The aim of the audit is to check the fulfilment of legislative requirements, the management system (whether it is in place and the set procedures are followed) and the quality of services provided in relation to customers.
Within the framework of this audit, the following areas are mainly monitored:
- internal purchase of vehicles
- external purchase of vehicles
- records management
- servicing of vehicles
- preparation of vehicles for sale
- gauge management
- car sales
- care of vehicles during storage
- checking documentation
The certificate is granted to the company for 3 years with regular annual audits.
