All parties involved or interested in the certification process or the certification system have the option of submitting a complaint to TÜV NORD Integra if they are dissatisfied with the quality of the certification and/or audit services provided by TÜV NORD Integra. These parties may include: audited or certified customers, certification scheme owners, relevant professional organisations, other relevant organisations or persons, etc.

TÜV NORD Integra has a detailed procedure for dealing with such complaints. You can expect an initial response with acknowledgement of receipt within 10 days, unless the certification scheme states otherwise. After further analysis of the cause and the implementation of corrective measures, TÜV NORD Integra will inform the complaining party, as far as possible, of the progress and conclusion of the process.
