And what was the conference like? Different...
Not only because it featured lectures by experts from management areas other than quality (e.g. logistics), but also the founders and owners of Czech manufacturing companies and Slovnaft representatives presented their views on quality. It was the comparison of the view on the management of corporate companies and companies with purely Czech/Slovak capital that was one of the most discussed topics, besides the currently set accreditation system. The moderator of the event, Zdenka Žádníková, also presented her view on quality through the eyes of the founder of the foundation and an artist.
All lectures included answers to 3 pre-defined questions:
1. How do we ensure qualified staff - is formal education enough?
2. What bothers me about quality?
3. How have I personally contributed to improving quality, including examples

The result of the second, mostly discussion day on the topic How "quality" can destroy quality was the determination of requirements that the representatives of the conference (Zdeněk Čančura and Karel Volenec, who was also announced as the patron of the next edition) will present to the Quality Council of the Czech Republic. Among them is e.g. massive support of education according to the needs of the industry.
