The Cooperation Agreement has been signed by 4 strategic players in field of nuclear sector services: ALTA, a.s. and its subsidiary OOO „ALTA RUS“, ALVEL, a.s., TÜV NORD Czech, s.r.o. and ATG s.r.o. The agreement is aimed at the provision of technical support to ROSATOM suppliers for construction projects of new nuclear blocks in Europe (e.g. Finland and Hungary), and close surroundings (Turkey, Egypt, Jordan).
Products and services suppliers approved for the ROSATOM supply chain have acquired a partner whom they can contact with issues concerning technical support across a wide range of areas of the nuclear sector. It includes, for example, issues concerning welding, non-destructive and destructive testing, control systems of nuclear and non-nuclear technology systems, PED, ASME, nuclear fuel, safety assessment, product and service quality management, including subcontracting supervision or inspections, technical consultations and licensing of nuclear facilities, or comparing Russian codes and standards with European legislation.
Further details of co-operation will be introduced on ATOMEXPO 2018 (starting on Monday, 14th May).
