AO 248 - TÜV NORD Czech, s.r.o. will assess the conformity of selected equipment for the Temelín and Dukovany nuclear power plants.
On the basis of a public tender in a negotiated procedure with publication, TÜV NORD Czech, s.r.o. concluded a contract for ASSESSMENT OF CONFORMITY - PERFORMANCE OF AUTHORIZED PERSON ACTIVITY with ČEZ, a. s.
The subject of the contract is to ensure the performance of conformity assessment of selected equipment by an authorized person with technical requirements, in accordance with Decree No. 358/2016 Coll., on requirements for quality assurance and technical safety and assessment and verification of conformity of selected equipment, in the required quality. The aim is to ensure that all operational parameters, such as safety, reliability, trouble-free operation, durability and economy of operation of the Temelín and Dukovany nuclear power plants are maintained.
Experts are available not only for ČEZ a.s. but also for selected groups of its supply chain. For example, at the moment, in cooperation with the Quality Management Department of NPP ČEZ, a. s., webinars on the topic "Atomic Law No. 263/2016 Coll. and related legislative regulations in the field of conformity assessment of selected equipment" are being held.
AO 248 - TÜV NORD Czech, s.r.o. is the most active authorized person in the Czech Republic since 2005, the first inspection company accredited to perform inspection activities in the field of so-called technical safety in the nuclear power industry and the coordinator of authorized persons for the field of conformity assessment in the field of so-called selected equipment in the Czech Republic.
