Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Division Director
• Coordinate the Division’s activities, schedules, meetings, and internal communications.
• Prepare commercial offers and follow up with customers and internal departments.
• Support customer service, order processing, and invoicing activities.
• Maintain accurate customer, project, and commercial data in the ERP system.

• Coordinate the issuance, review, and delivery of inspection certificates.

   

Qualifications

• University degree, preferably from a technical university or in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Fluent use of English language
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and teleconferencing tools.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical inspections / supervision during the construction of industrial facilities projects

Qualifications

• Completion of studies in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field is required
• Working experience in oil & gas, power generation and infrastructure projects
• Experience in welding inspection, Non Destructive Testing (NDT) inspections would be considered an asset
• Previous experience working with a third-party inspection company would be considered an asset
• Advanced knowledge of the English language (oral & written)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, critical thinking and business understanding skills
• Excellent communication (both oral & written), interpersonal and team-working skills
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Excellent command of MS Office applications
