Responsibilities

• Quality management of construction projects
• Carrying out technical inspections during construction
• Review of design documents and material specifications for construction projects
• Review of project quality programmes
• Participation in other activities of the department as required

Essential Qualifications

• Qualified Civil Engineer
• 2–5 years’ professional experience in construction
• Knowledge of current legislation and specifications
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Good communication skills, ability to draft technical reports
• Self-confidence, self-discipline, politeness
• Responsibility, reliability, ability to maintain confidentiality

Desirable Qualifications

• Knowledge of the market regarding building materials and their specifications
• Interest in environmental and energy issues and building sustainability systems
• Experience in civil engineering projects with a focus on quality
