Costco is one of the largest retailers in the world, with millions of customers and hundreds of stores in various countries. Suppliers who wish to supply Costco must pass the Costco Food Safety Audit, which sets high standards for food safety and product quality throughout the entire chain.
The Costco Food Safety Audit can be carried out either separately or in combination with a GFSI-recognised standard (such as BRCGS and IFS). This allows you to schedule your audit(s) as efficiently as possible when you need multiple certificates.
The Food Safety Audits are carried out by qualified auditors from TÜV NORD Integra, through the Costco accreditation of TÜV USA.
