Kondylia Kontogianni

Vice President of Training, TÜV NORD Hellas

Kondylia Kontogianni is Vice President of Training at TÜV NORD Hellas, with more than 20 years’ professional experience in the fields of training, human resources development, marketing and corporate communications.

Since 2006, she has played a key role in the design, development and management of high-value-added training services, helping to deliver thousands of training programmes and develop innovative learning solutions for professionals and organisations.

He has extensive experience in designing training strategies, managing teams, developing new products and integrating modern digital technologies and learning methodologies. She focuses on creating learning experiences that combine innovation, quality and a human touch, responding to the ever-changing needs of the labour market.

She holds a degree in Business Administration, specialising in Marketing, holds a Master’s degree in Health Management from the University of Piraeus and, since 2025, has been a PhD candidate in the Department of Chemistry at Democritus University of, where her research focuses on strengthening Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality systems through digital innovation and modern teaching methods.

Manthos Zazanis

Training Coordinator

Manthos Zazanis is a member of the Training Department at TÜV NORD HELLAS. He is a graduate of the Department of Physics at the University of Patras, specialising in telecommunications. With many years’ experience as a trainer and training consultant, he has supported technical departments on matters relating to systems, technical issues and communication skills, offering practical solutions and valuable guidance.

Within the Training Department at TÜV NORD HELLAS, he coordinates the planning and delivery of training programmes that meet the needs of today’s professionals. His aim is lifelong learning, with an emphasis on strengthening personal skills and developing interpersonal relationships, both within and outside the organisation.

It is characterised by a team spirit, a collaborative approach and a commitment to quality. He is always on hand to guide participants in choosing the right training programme, contributing to their professional development and enhancing their profile.

Natalia Petriti

Training Coordinator – In-house Seminars

Natalia is a key member of the Training Department at TÜV NORD HELLAS. Having studied at the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Ioannina and completed a postgraduate degree in Organisational Psychology at Deree, she combines academic training with cutting-edge scientific knowledge in the field of human resource development.

Her inexhaustible enthusiasm for learning and personal development inspires those around her, whilst her passion for the field of Learning & Development makes her a driving force in promoting lifelong learning. She has actively contributed to the design and delivery of a significant number of successful training programmes, enhancing the skills of hundreds of participants and promoting the values of safety, quality and sustainability.

With consistency, creativity and a methodical approach, Natalia makes a substantial contribution to the organisation’s mission, highlighting the value of collaboration and responsibility.

In her spare time, she enjoys music and outings in the countryside, always in the company of Aria, her little hunting dog who reminds her every day of the value of devotion and joy

Ifigenia Pitouli

Training Coordinator

Iphigenia is a valued member of the Training Department at TÜV NORD HELLAS. With a degree in Balkan Studies and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) specialising in Strategic Management and Competitiveness, she combines academic training with practical experience.

She has successfully undertaken the planning and implementation of initiatives in the fields of communications, event organisation and the development of social programmes, aimed at both specialist and wider audiences. Methodical and organised, she manages every project from initial planning through to completion, delivering reliable results.

She is characterised by effective communication, a constant drive for improvement and the ability to combine creative ideas with practical implementation. Her aim is to strengthen the organisation’s mission by promoting the values of collaboration, quality and accountability.

Outside of her professional life, Iphigenia loves travelling, walks in nature and artistic pursuits. In her moments of relaxation, she is accompanied by Millie, her dog, who reminds her every day of the value of empathy and devotion.

Vasia Palykira

Communications Manager, Training Department

Vasia holds a degree in Cultural Studies, specialising in Museology and Archival Science, from the Ionian University. Her dissertation focused on the use of interactive, multi-touch screens in museum education programmes. At the same time, she actively participated in the European research project Live City 2015, where she presented a paper at a conference in collaboration with Aristotle University. 

She has worked in sales and spent 11 years at a corporate museum, gaining a deep understanding of corporate culture. Throughout her career, she has been responsible for the Archives and Collections, organising digital and temporary exhibitions, supporting educational programmes and coordinating corporate events.

At the same time, having obtained certifications in Digital Marketing from the Athens University of Economics and Business, the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and the OTE Academy, she has been involved in creating digital content to promote the Collections and cultural activities.

She aims to continuously improve her knowledge in the field of education and seeks to attract new clients, whilst also strengthening existing client relationships. It focuses on the dynamism of the education team, which forms the core of outstanding collaborations and initiatives.

Niki Papagianni

Communications Officer, Thessaloniki Office

Niki Papagianni is a key member of the TÜV NORD HELLAS team, serving as Communications Manager at the Thessaloniki Office. With a degree in Business Administration and a specialisation in Marketing from the University of Aachen in Germany, she has a strong academic background combined with many years of international professional experience.

Having worked for several years in Germany in the field of marketing, as well as serving as HR manager at a German building materials company in Thessaloniki, Niki has developed a deep understanding of corporate operations, human resources management and effective communication.

Since 2002, she has been an integral member of the Certification Department at TÜV NORD HELLAS, where she works as a Customer Service Officer. With consistency, professionalism and a commitment to quality, she supports clients and colleagues on a daily basis, making a significant contribution to the smooth running and reliability of the company’s services.

She is characterised by her organisational skills, her direct and effective communication, and her ability to manage demanding projects with composure and efficiency. With her long-standing experience and in-depth knowledge of her field, she consistently strengthens TÜV NORD HELLAS’s mission, promoting the values of quality, consistency and responsibility.
