TÜV NORD Hellas is entitled to suspend or revoke a certificate in the event that:
- the Organisation breaches a term of the General Certification Regulations and the relevant Contract, makes improper or misleading use of the certificate or the logo, or uses them in a manner contrary to the General Certification Regulations.
- The outcome of the surveillance audit does not justify the retention of the certificate and the logo, or the audit cannot be carried out for reasons not attributable to TÜV NORD Hellas but relating to the Organisation.
- The Organisation is declared bankrupt.
- The Organisation fails to pay the fee and any costs to TÜV NORD Hellas, particularly within the deadline set by the latter.
- The Organisation requests the revocation of the certificate for reasons not attributable to TÜV NORD Hellas but relating to the Organisation itself.
