Modern buildings are designed with a distinctive aesthetic and set high standards for the comfort of their occupants. A crucial element is the Heating, Cooling and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system, as it provides an efficient and sustainable environment by maintaining comfort conditions (air renewal, temperature and humidity levels) at appropriate levels.
The presence of TÜV NORD Hellas as an Inspection Body during construction and acceptance testing ensures compliance with the design requirements, the relevant T.E.E. Technical Guidelines (T.O.T.E.E.) and applicable specifications and standards such as EN, DIN, ASHRAE. At the same time, it takes into account the energy-saving requirements arising from the implementation of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive. Inspections are carried out either by Greek inspectors with excellent training and relevant experience, or in collaboration with our parent organisation, TÜV NORD.
With our experience in the country’s largest technical projects (Olympic Facilities, Athens Airport building complexes, hospitals, shopping centres, offices such as those of Ethniki Insurance, and hotels such as Sofitel, Hilton & Navarino Resorts), as well as on major projects abroad, TÜV NORD Hellas adds value to the functionality of buildings for the benefit of users and provides significant support to the owner’s technical department.
