B.E./ B.Tech. (Civil Engineering)

Experience

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in Primavera and PMP Certification preferred.
  • A management degree will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
  • Working experience as a Team Leader/Project Manager in PMC for high-rise buildings. 

Job Responsibility

  • The job incumbent is responsible for the technical and operational management of the PMC business for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
  • Assist the Head of PMC in business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify training needs and organize training for the engineers.
  • Plan of the required resources and assist the Head of PMC in resource    planning.
  • Ensure effective utilization of engineers.
  • Monitor productivity and effectiveness of the staff.
  • Assign staff to various jobs based on job requirements matching competency.
  • Monitor day-to-day operations.
  • Attend to all client escalations & trouble shooting the issues.
  • Prepare & implement PMC Systems and formats.
  • Complaint Management: monitor the quality of TUV India Services, report any client’s feedback / complaints and assist in mitigating the same.
