Qualification

B.E./ B. Tech in Civil Engineering & M.Tech in Construction or Structural Engineering

Experience

  • Minimum 20 years of experience after Master Degree
  • Experience in High Rise & Commercial Buildings
  • Minimum two completed projects as a Project Manager
  • Experience in handling the P&L of managed projects
  • Required software knowledge – MS Projects or Primavera

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the technical and operational delivery of assigned projects, ensuring successful execution in line with client requirements and organizational goals.
  • Understand client expectations and develop customized project plans and solutions to meet their needs effectively.
  • Oversee the end-to-end deployment of projects, ensuring smooth implementation, adherence to timelines, and achievement of project milestones.
  • Ensure timely submission of invoices, monitor receivables, and follow up on payment collections to maintain project cash flow.
  • Conduct site visits and actively engage with all project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and resolve on-site challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with TÜV India’s Quality Assurance Systems, including adherence to the Code of Ethics and Group policies.
  • Handle client escalations, investigate root causes, and provide effective troubleshooting and resolution strategies.
  • Design and implement PMC (Project Monitoring & Control) systems and formats, ensuring robust tracking and documentation of project progress.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Building Division to drive project efficiency, client satisfaction, and contribute to business growth initiatives.
  • Guide and support project teams and engineers in planning, organizing, and analysing schedules, deliverables, and performance metrics.
  • Review and analyse all project and contract documentation to ensure comprehensive understanding and precise execution.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with external contractors and vendors, fostering collaboration and long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Communicate project requirements, updates, and performance summaries to senior management, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Lead complaint management efforts, proactively monitor service quality, and implement corrective actions to enhance client satisfaction and project outcomes.
