B.E/B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

5-7 years of experience in high-rise residential building projects.

• Monitor day-to-day MEP activities at the site.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Supervise the installation of Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards and approved materials.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Identify and resolve any issues related to MEP systems during construction.
• Witness the testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Conduct inspections and maintain quality records.
• Coordinate with the civil team, contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
• Resolve site-level technical issues and conflicts.
• Ensure smooth integration of MEP works with civil and architectural works.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory regulations.
• Monitor fire safety installations and ensure compliance.
• Support audits and inspections.
• Oversee the testing and commissioning of all MEP systems.
• Ensure system performance meets the design intent.
• Verify documentation and handover requirements.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Maintain records of inspections and test reports.

• Strong coordination and communication skills; must have experience handling high-rise residential projects.
• Experience in Mivan Shuttering or conventional formwork forhigh -rise residential building projects.
• Good understanding of IS codes, NBC, and other relevant standards.
• Ability to review drawings and technical documents.
