Qualification

Graduate Engineer in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering with a Post Graduate MBA in Marketing or Operations

Experience

  • Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in the Renewable or Building Industry
  • P&L responsibility is desirable
  • Successful execution of at least three Renewable or Building projects
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and documentation

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure the long-term success of the company by acting as a constant point of contact for customers, thereby strengthening business relationships.
  • Meet with different customer stakeholders across various businesses, to understand their requirements & pain points related to resources deployment.
  • Interact with the internal recruitment team along with PCH / CH to develop a strategic plan and ensure the plan is being executed successfully & smoothly
  • Take the lead in ensuring on-time recruitment & deployment
  • Increase revenue by 30% per key account

  • Experience in Cost control & Daily Sales Outstanding - DSO
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain internal and external customer service satisfaction (e.g. number of complaints)
