Qualification
Graduate Engineer in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering with a Post Graduate MBA in Marketing or Operations
Experience
Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in the Renewable or Building Industry
P&L responsibility is desirable
Successful execution of at least three Renewable or Building projects
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and documentation
Job Responsibility
Ensure the long-term success of the company by acting as a constant point of contact for customers, thereby strengthening business relationships.
Meet with different customer stakeholders across various businesses, to understand their requirements & pain points related to resources deployment.
Interact with the internal recruitment team along with PCH / CH to develop a strategic plan and ensure the plan is being executed successfully & smoothly
Take the lead in ensuring on-time recruitment & deployment
Increase revenue by 30% per key account
