The process of feedbacks and appeals

This procedure is established by TUV NORD Group and TUV NORD Vietnam to receive and handle complaints and appeals from customers and interested parties regarding the services being provided by TUV NORD Vietnam in timely, satisfactory and appropriate manner. More specific:

  • With certification services for management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 50001, IATF 16949, SA 8000, BSCI, SMETA, ISO 22000, HACCP... complying with ISO/IEC 17021-1, ISO/IEC 17021-3, ISO/TS 22003, ISO 27006, ISO 50003
  • With technical inspection services complying with ISO 17020 
  • With greenhouse gas verification and validation services such as ISO 14064-1 standard in compliance with ISO 17029, ISO 14065 and ISO 14064-3
