
The aim of this course is to provide delegates with the knowledge and skills required to perform an internal audit of part of a Food Safety Management System based on ISO 22000/ HACCP Principles (or equivalent), and report on the effective implementation and maintenance of the management system in accordance with ISO 19011. It also helps people to get an opportunity to enhance their auditing skills & demonstrate compliance to the standard’s requirement such as HACCP studies, Risk & opportunity, PRPs, traceability, Emergency Preparedness and response, Hazards, Food safety Hazard Analysis, Validation of control measures, HACCP Control plan, OPRs, CCPs, Food chain, Food contact materials, handling of potential unsafe products, withdrawal, recall etc.

ISO 22000:2018 (FSMS) - Awareness
a) Management systems
• The Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) cycle
• The core elements of a management system and the interrelationship between top management responsibility, Food Safety Policy, FSMS objectives, planning, implementation, monitoring measurement, analysis and evaluation, Internal audit and management review, Non-Conformity, corrective actions and continual improvement.
b) Food Safety Management
• The core terms and definitions of Food Safety Management Systems
• An understanding of the requirements of ISO 22000:2018
• HACCP studies, Risk & opportunity, PRPs, traceability, Emergency Preparedness and response, Hazards, Food safety Hazard Analysis, Validation of control measures, HACCP Control plan, OPRs, CCPs, Food chain, Food contact materials, handling of potential unsafe products, withdrawal, recall etc.
Certificate of “Successful Completion” shall be provided to each delegates/participants who attend entire duration of the course, have passed both continuous evaluation & written examination.
Certificate of “Participation” shall be provided to the participants who do not pass the written examination or continuous evaluation but who have satisfied the attendance requirement.
