Location

Reporting To

Asst. Manager - Food Chemical Laboratory

Experience

5-7 Years in food testing laboratory and Proximate and Nutritional Analysis 

Qualification

M.Sc - in Chemistry (Analytical / Inorganic / Organic) or  Biochemistry 

Job Profile

  • Responsible for complete chemical analysis in parameters of moisture, ash content, acid insoluble, fat content, alcohol acidity, dietary fiber, gluten content, protein analysis, crude fiber & phosphorus in different food products.
  • Ensure validation data & calibration of all instruments, chemical, consumable, glass wares etc.
  • Should be familiar with testing of products mentioned in FSSR such as milk and products, nutraceutical products, alcoholic beverages, fruits and vegetable products.
     

Attributes

  • The candidate should be able to lead a team of 8-10 analysts. 
  • The candidate should be familiar with regulatory requirements of FSSAI, Label Claim Proximate & Nutritional Analysis.
  • The candidate should have experience in implementation of QMS as per: ISO-17025:2017
