Graduate in any discipline with MBA/PGD in HR

Job Profile

  • To manage recruitments at all level for Inspection services and related portfolios .  
  • To develop a talent pool, a database of candidates for various requirements to address future manpower need.
  • To source appropriate, potential candidates for open positions within the organization.
  • To use job portals, social media, professional network, internal references etc. and maintain relations with the vendors for resourcing.
  • To work closely with the Profit Center Head (PCHs), managers and HR team to complete the recruitment process.
  • To negotiate with the candidates on remuneration/ salary 
  • To coordinate with the managers, PCH and team to complete the joining formalities, employee induction, employee separation and full and final settlement etc. on time.
  • To design JDs that reflects each position’s requirement
  • To generate and maintain MIS reports on recruitment status and use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvements.
  • To generate, maintain and update open positions, candidate database.
  • To foster long term relationship with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • To cooperate with the team in the department and to support team in Employee Engagement Activities and other events.
  • To support in annual appraisal and increment process.
  • To assist team in recruitment and other HR process updation
  • Any other work assigned by the management from time to time. 

Attributes

  • 4+ years’ recruiting experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective negotiating skills
  • Extensive knowledge of recruitment portals
