Senior Engineer - Train Control and Management System (TCMS) Expert & Propulsion System Expert, Railways.

Senior Manager , Rolling Stocks, Railways.
Experience
- Exposure on Train Control and Management System (TCMS) Expert (Hitachi make) & Propulsion System Expert (Hitachi make) Converter-Inverter, Aux. Power Supply System, Traction Motors, Transformer.
- Over all 6 to 8 years of Experience in Railways with minimum 3 years of experience in Hitachi make Propulsion System & TCMS in testing & commissioning/ maintenance.
Qualification
BE/ Diploma in the relevant field of engineering.
Job Profile
- Establish proper procedures and guide client staff to carry out preventive maintenance in appropriate manner for most optimized output.
- Establish best practices for corrective maintenance so as to reduce down time to minimum.
- Establish condition-based monitoring of important sub-systems and assisting client staff in executing the same to achieve optimized maintenance consuming least resources, minimum downtime and enhanced availability.
- Assist client staff in carrying out root-cause analysis of failures and suggest preventive measures.
- Assist client staff for fault diagnosis at software level.
- Hand holding of client staff so as to provide practical training in maintenance of the various systems.
- Assist client team for integration of Asset Management System with Rolling Stock Systems.
- Any other function related to maintenance/ troubleshooting of these systems.
