M.Sc - Chemistry (Analytical chemistry preferred)
Job Profile
Responsible for complete chemical analysis for raw materials, intermediates, finished products.
Fine chemical analysis with method development work in wet chemistry.
Monitoring and operating analysis by UV spectrophotometer, Viscometer, FTIR.
Maintain the control of technical records as per requirements; ensure all the tests are performed by correct method and specification in the department.
Responsible to implement test methods/process/audit as per regulatory guidelines.
Ensure validation data & calibration of all instruments, chemicals, consumable, glass wares.
To face regulatory and customer audits in the lab.
Responsible to review and authorize reports.
Proactive Support to wet chemistry analysis and resolve technical queries.
Knowledge of ISO 17025 Quality system as applicable in the laboratory.
Ensuring accuracy of calculations, reproducibility of test result.
Knowledge of personal care and homecare products analysis preferred.
