Job Profile
Design and deliver Lead Auditor/ Internal Auditor/Awareness courses for QMS, EMS, OHSAS, EnMS, etc through use of appropriate teaching, learning and assessment methods.
Facilitate examination paper marking based on guidelines provided by scheme owners.
Develop customized training programs based on customer/market requirements.
Mentoring the Auditors/new tutors to enhance their training delivery skills.
Ensure technical compliance to the accreditation requirements like IRCA requirements.
Facilitate e-learning courses and provide value added inputs to the e-modules on half yearly basis to keep the market demands satisfaction.
Auditing experience on IMS management systems ( ISO 9001 . 14001 . 45001 and Tutor experience as Tutor any Certification body or as Internal Tutor for Various management Systems .
To conduct Open house in house trainings including IRCA Registered Lead Auditor trainings.
To provide support to the training marketing by facilitating the leads for different courses.
