Job Profile

Preparation of master schedule, identifying all major activities including their durations and interrelationships, and milestones to complete Project.

Preparation of work progress report on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Such reports shall be based on the verifiable facts along with site progress photographs.

Updating the schedule every month for effective monitoring of the Work. The updated schedule shall always show the time variances for each activity or a group of activities compared to the approved master schedule.

Submission of updated schedule to the client for approval of the milestone based payment for the same time period.

Preparation of mitigation plan  to minimize the impact of delays on the overall completion and cost of the Work suggesting remedial measures that are reasonable and workable within the framework of the construction contracts.

Preparation & submission of service basis report to the client for approval.Maintaining drawing transmittal at site.

Coordination with client, consultant & contactor for submission and approval of the drawings.

Issuing the approved drawings/ shop drawings to all concerned.

Tracking & recording any deviation related to drawings, material specification & work execution.

Preparation & submission of technical data sheet for materials to client and consultant for approval.

Track the cost for the Project incurred during the progress of all contracts, compare the same with the approved project budget, forecast the costs to complete till the completion of the project with cash flow.

Preparation & submission of project close out report wherein he shall bring out major aspects such as but not limited to summary of costs, variances, amendment orders, material variations, warranties, guarantees, project learning’s and future obligations
