Graduate with updated knowledge on food Safety and various food safety standards and schemes and regulations
Assigning duties and responsibilities to all Auditors and managing all day to day operations of planning, inspections, report reviews and ensure customer satisfaction and collections.
Ensuring team members are properly trained as per protocol.
Ensuring the proper Audit is assigned and carried out as per plan.
Ensuring TAT is adhered to as per client MOU.
Verify and help in correct planning and ensure smooth operations.
Take inputs from technical team on checklist and other technical and FSSAI/ Regulatory related issues.
Smooth planning of all India 2nd and 3rd party audits in each branch.
Co-ordinating with respective branches for man power and other requirements if any.
Ensure SOP is prepared and available for all new recruits. SOP to include expenses incurred as per plan and order received and allotted scope.
Monitoring inspectors and ensuring the work execution as per timeline.
To provide statistical data to clients as per their requirements.
To ensure invoicing and collections are done as per the target.Co-ord
te with Laboratory team for execution of combined orders.
Ensuring all Complaint on operational issues are addressed within time frame.
Identifying and qualifying new Auditors.
Responsible for ensuring all data are available in excellence.
Managing leave and attendance of all the team members.
