Qualification

  • Graduate in Engineering & MBA in Marketing with a minimum of 10 years of experience in business development/marketing.
  • Should have experience in business development in core sectors such as Renewable Energy.
  • Should have dealt with both public and private sector companies for lead generation, tendering, negotiations, and finalization.

Job Responsibility

1. Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential renewable energy customers, market trends, and emerging opportunities.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape to understand the strengths and weaknesses of key players in the renewable energy sector.
  • Identify and prioritize potential renewable energy developers, IT'S, EPC's both government and private customers, through various channels, including online research, networking events, trade shows, and referrals.
  • Develop a systematic approach to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of potential clients.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within target organizations.
  • Understand client needs, challenges, and goals to tailor solutions that align with their requirements.

3. Solution Presentation and Negotiation:

  • Present our renewable energy service offerings to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of working with our company.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts in collaboration with the sales and legal teams to secure mutually beneficial agreements.

4. Collaboration and Strategy:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical and engineering teams, to develop tailored solutions that address client needs effectively.
  • Contribute insights and recommendations to the overall business development strategy based on market feedback and trends.

5. Sales Targets and Reporting:

  • Set ambitious sales targets and objectives for association with new renewable energy customers.
  • Provide regular and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management, tracking progress against goals.
