Graduate Engineer preferably with Management qualification.
Experience
12 years of working experience and practicing Auditor in minimum 2 schemes out of the 3 schemes – Automotive, Aerospace and Railway Certification.
Job Profile
Monitoring of the scheme-specific KPIs to ensure compliance to the defined targets.
Monitor the upload of audit details and related information on the scheme-owners portal.
Responsible for Marketing & Business Development for the Automotive, Aerospace & Railway Certification Schemes within India
Interact with the sales personnel for updated knowledge on client prospects and business trends.
Support the branch Sales team for any technical support during client meets
To ensure development of second line leadership (Deputy Product Manager for the Scheme)
Create and maintain relationships to large accounts by regular visits
Develop and train relevant audit staff to be fit for the demand of the market
To ensure that proper contact review is performed well before the due dates of each audit
Monitor and ensure new auditor qualification and ongoing maintenance of qualification status of auditors
Maintenance and monitoring CPD (Continual Professional Development) of transportation scheme auditors.
Ensure smooth operation of suspension and revocation process of certificates
Monitor Internal audits of Automotive, Aerospace & Railway scheme operations
Monitor Internal witness audits of Automotive, Aerospace & Railway scheme auditors
Manage Accreditation Body audits and witness audits
Track and maintain reporting system for all audits
Seek regular technical / operational clarifications and updates from TUV NORD Germany and provide to auditors
Develop and implement procedures to ensure effective performance of Transportation Schemes.
Implement and maintain a robust audit planning system
Maintain in an organized manner all records pertaining to auditors competence management and audit reporting and other records as per rule requirement
Regularly and constantly update various trackers on a periodic basis
Maintain all relevant records required for VDA-QMC audits
Compliance of internal and external guidelines, policies, procedures
Internal and external customer service satisfaction (eg number of complaints)
Monitor the Transportation related webpage on the TUV India website and ensure it is updated with the most current & relevant information.
