Senior General Manager – Building, South Region

• BE or B. Tech (Civil Engineering preferable)
• Management degree would be an added advantage

Minimum 15 years of experience in Primavera and PMP certification.

• The job incumbent is responsible for Technical and operational management for the PMC Business of residential, commercial and industrial buildings. 
• Assist Head of PMC for business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Identifying training needs and organizing training for the Engineers.
• Planning of resources required and assist the Head of PMC resource planning 
• Effective utilization of the Engineers.
• Monitoring of productivity and effectiveness of the staff. 
• Assigning Staff  for various jobs based on job requirements matching competency.  
• Should monitor the day to day operations
• Attend all Client escalations & Trouble shooting the issues
• Should Prepare & Implementation of PMC Systems & Formats 
• Complaint Management: monitoring quality of TUV India Services, reporting any client’s feedback / complaints and assisting in mitigating the same.
   

• Perform & deliver to client as per contract and client expectations.
• Build the team, including external consultants/sub-cons. 
• Zero claim from customer 
• Excellent interpersonal skills. 
• An intrinsic Task Master. 
• Should be able to manage a team under him.
• Should have good leadership abilities and skills.
• Should have a pleasing personality
• Good communication and presentation skills. 
• Proficient in MS office 
• Self-starter
