Qualification

  • Graduate in Engineering with an MBA in Marketing with minimum 8 years of experience in business development and marketing.
  • Should have experience in business development within core sectors such as Renewable Energy, etc.
  • Should have dealt with both public and private sector companies for lead generation, tendering, negotiations and finalizations

Job Profile

  • Responsible for business development in the Renewable sector,including commercial activities such as market surveys, support to the network, of TUV India.
  • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
  • Drives business development for all product portfolios in Renewable – Solar, Wind, Hybrid and Hydro, including thedevelopment and maintenance of all projects, and tender listing for large-scale opportunities.
  • Leads the identification, preparation, and submission of pre-qualification, expressions of interest, offers, and tenders,including offer and contract review.
  • Manages and grows key accounts as may be defined by the Business Head.
  • Recognize prospective clients in the region and create a client database.
  • Ensures early identification and proactive follow-up of major projects, opportunities, and tenders.
  • Visiting prospective clients to present TUV India services and to identify the client needs, and initiate follow-up actions and keeping the respective division heads in communication loop.
  • Efficient in using marketing tools such as presentations company profiles, service sheets, reference list, and completion/appreciation letters.
  • Keeping in touch with the various publicity activities in the region such as exhibitions, seminars, and conferences, and explores the possibility of showcasing the organization and its services.
  • Interacting with Regional managers from other regions for mutual exchange of expertise, work, common clients and other references.
