Min BSc- microbiology/nutrition/any science with one subject of microbiology /B Tech- Food / Food Technology
Add qualification - FSSC Lead auditor/ ISO 22000:2018 LA/ISO 9001:2015 LA, FOSTAC
Conducting audits as per plan Submission of audit plan 15 days before audit.
Upload audit documents within 5 days of audits, immediate in case of 2nd party audits.
Follow up with clients for NC closures if any.
Key account management Retain ship of clients.
Aid sales team in technical skills during customer meetings.
Fulfill market driven needs of customers.
Deliver technical training's to personal Support back office planning.
Support food safety team for any requirements on second party audits.
Support growth of Business.
Conduct Food Safety training.
Client follow ups on payments for audits conducted.
Ensure to support branch to raise invoices and aid in collections Ensure that no slippage of his/her audit.
