Cluster Head - Inspection Services

10 to 12 years of experience in Oil & Gas / Power / Manufacturing / Infrastructure/ Technical Services / EPC / Inspection / Procurement

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a well-known institute with Management Degree preferable.

• Business development and achieving business goals according to strategy for the respective Profit Center.
• Responsible for the P & L of the Respective Profit Center.
• Budget preparation for responsible Cluster in consultation with respective Cluster Head and CFO as per the broader guidelines and growth plan given by Managing Director.
• Operations management.
• Responsible for making proposal to the customers with help of Cluster Head.
• To take lead for developing new services and/or proposal      for new services.
• Inspection In Charge along with HR and in consultation with respective Cluster   Head is responsible for recruitment of resources, experts and associates as per the need for their respective business segment. Managing Director will review the requirements and approve.
• To ensure adequate cash flow for the respective business segment and keep the outstanding as per company performance guidelines.
• To have monthly outstanding receivable review with HO / CFO and should be responsible for collection of outstanding for their product line.
• To ensure the pending order data is reviewed for their product line so as to have accurate information on orders in hand.
• To ensure proper MIS reporting for their products.
• Shall be also responsible for ‘quality’ requirements applicable for the relevant services
• Shall be responsible to ensure compliance to all systems and procedures of TUV India and meet all the accreditation guidelines.
• Is responsible to ensure team building, competence building, enhancement, and motivation of the employees assigned to them with necessary support from HR.
• For Branch Administration related responsibility Inspection In Charge to follow the Branch Administration guideline circulated separately and interact with the respective assigned person for Branch administration responsibility
• Ensuring proper implementation and surveillance for occupational safety, health and environmental during work for the employees.

• Good Exposure to Inspection Services / QC
• Soundness in technical documents like ITP’s, NDE, material certificates, etc.
