Job Profile
Creating customer experience.
Doing Trend analysis for customer reports.
To discuss with the customer/ marketing team the need for the analysis for the sample being submitted, accept the sample, code the sample, allot the sample to concerned department, prepare Invoice for the analysis and follow up on the work being carried out in the laboratory.
To act as a coordinator between the sales and lab team.
Monitoring of the test reports and Invoices are going to the customer on time.
Monitoring the sample reception, allotment, revisions in contract and disposal of sample.
Identification of subcontracting laboratories and maintaining records for subcontracting tests.
Interact with the technical personnel for the due dates of the results.
Registration of customer complaints.
Having good relationship with existing customers.
